What is DinkyTask?

DinkyTask is a family task management and learning support system. The parent defines the structure, the child completes tasks, and the system makes progress visible through points, rewards, and clear feedback.

Main roles

• Parent — manages the family, creates tasks, builds daily plans, creates rewards, and reviews results.
• Child — completes tasks, earns points, requests rewards, and may use AI features when premium access is available.

Main building blocks

• Tasks — currently 6 types: quiz, matching, reading aloud, photo task, video, daily habit; learning materials can also have their own practice mode.
• Learning-material library — separate learning content with summaries, categorized question banks, quizzes and practice from material, AI helper topics, and narration.
• Daily plans — task sets for a specific day, with timing and rules.
• Points — stars and diamonds, with different roles.
• Rewards — family-defined rewards children can redeem.
• AI layer — optional premium help for generation, checking, and learning support.

Why it is useful for parents

The system is not only a task list. It creates a shared structure around what is expected today, what was completed, what deserves a reward, and where the parent needs to step in with approval or support.
