DinkyTask helps make learning and daily routines clearer, more playful, and more motivating. Children earn points, badges, and family rewards, while parents keep visibility β even when practice starts from real learning material.

DinkyTask works best when it stays simple: the parent plans, the child completes, and the system makes the whole process visible and motivating.
Register, create your family, add children, or invite other family members with a simple family join code.
Quiz, matching, reading, photo, video, or habit. Learning materials live in a separate library where AI can create summaries, question banks, and practice from them.
Set a time window, order the tasks, then copy a good plan for the next day if it worked well.
Children earn the exact star value configured on approved required tasks and diamonds from approved bonus tasks; parents approve, and rewards can be redeemed in the family reward shop.
DinkyTask is built around features that help in everyday routines: planning, tracking, feedback, and rewards in one place.
With question banks, random question sets, passing thresholds, and optional AI assistance β including quizzes built directly from processed learning materials.
Useful for word pairs, concepts, and language practice. The system evaluates the answer after submission.
The child reads aloud, the parent can review it manually, and premium can add AI-assisted evaluation.
Learning content is managed separately: type it in or import it from files/photos, summarize it with AI, build question banks and categories, then start quizzes, practice, AI helper topics, or listenable narration from it.
Processed learning materials can have their own practice mode. Children answer one question at a time, progress is saved, results appear at the end, and parents can configure rewards and reminders.
The child proves completion with a photo. Parents can approve it manually, and premium can add AI-assisted checking.
A YouTube-based task that counts as completed after the configured viewing condition is met.
Made for recurring routines like brushing teeth, making the bed, or packing a school bag. Quick to manage and helpful for building rhythm.
DinkyTask is more than a task list: parents can organize learning material, and children get playful, rewardable practice from it.
Less preparation, more trackable practice: a lesson becomes a question bank, targeted review, and a motivating success experience.
Paste the lesson, or import it from a file, textbook photo, or notebook photo. Materials stay in their own library instead of getting mixed into daily tasks.
The system processes the material, creates summaries, and organizes questions into topics. That makes practice more focused than a random question list.
Start a quiz or a dedicated practice mode from the material. Children can earn rewards, parents set the rules, and practice reminders can be controlled per child.
The DinkyTask reward shop is not a webshop. It is a family motivation system: parents create the rewards, and children request them with the stars and diamonds they earn from approved tasks in evaluated plans.
Points turn into clear goals: an extra story, shared play time, pizza, a family activity, or anything that motivates your child.
Parents define the rewards, approve or reject requests, and can manage stock when a reward is limited.
Stars come from approved required tasks and diamonds from approved bonus tasks β always using the exact value configured on each task.
DinkyTask works well without AI too. AI is there to save parents time and give children extra support, not to replace the parentβs role.
Parents can create dedicated topics β including from uploaded learning material β children can ask questions, and parents can review the conversations at any time. On the parent side, the system can also show when the AI is less confident about a topic.
Children can get dedicated topics for homework, projects, or focused learning blocks.
Children can ask with text or images, and parents can review the history.
Topics can be closed or archived and followed from the parent interface.
The system uses input and output filtering to help reduce risks for children.
For more technical parents, DinkyTask can send one family webhook with daily plan and submission events. This makes it possible to connect it to IFTTT Webhooks, Node-RED, Make/Zapier-style automation tools, or your own webhook endpoints.
Token-based API for current family, per-child, and daily plan status, plus an event feed.
One family webhook URL automatically receives plan start, success, failure, review-expiry, and submission review-status events β for example for IFTTT Webhooks, Node-RED, Make, Zapier, or your own backend.
If you do not have a smart home, you are not missing the core experience. This is an extra option for enthusiastic technical families.
The base plan is free to use. Premium includes a monthly AI credit allowance for one family; extra credits can be purchased if needed.
Full premium access
Useful even without AI
One family, one price
AI credit is a simple, transparent unit for DinkyTask AI features. The credit cost of an operation depends on how much text or imagery needs to be processed, which AI model is used, and how much response content needs to be generated. When possible, DinkyTask shows an estimate before starting, and the final charge is recorded after a successful operation.
For detailed per-operation credit estimates, see the AI guide.
Detailed AI credit guideIf the monthly allowance runs out, active subscribers can buy extra credit packs in the app. Extra credits are available for the listed period and are paid through Stripe checkout.
DinkyTask always spends the active credit bucket that expires soonest first. For example, if a family has trial credits and also receives or buys extra credits valid for 90 days, the credits with the earlier expiry are used first. If the trial or subscription is no longer active, leftover trial/monthly allowance is no longer usable; only active, unexpired extra credits can still be used.
Premium features are available during the trial. The 100 AI credits are a one-time starting allowance.
The premium plan gives 1000 AI credits each month. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over.
Plans, tasks, rewards, and parental approval still work. Only AI features pause until the next monthly allowance or an extra credit purchase.
The parent guide collects the most important information about using DinkyTask: how to get started, which task types are available, and how installation, AI, and optional integrations work.
